A cosy vegan b&b a few minutes from the centre of Turin

Turin is a really interesting city, which in my opinion has been underestimated for too many years and is just waiting to be discovered. A city where the vegan scene has been buzzing for a long time and where a vegan b&b could not be missing.

Un Buon Inizio, which I have recently discovered, is a 100% vegan bed and breakfast just a few minutes away from the centre of Turin, located in the Lingotto district.

A cosy, family run vegan B&B with a guest room in the apartment where the owners, Monica and Massimo, also live, but in a separate area.

The relaxing double room

The vegan b&b Un buon inizio has only one room, with an en suite bathroom. Decorated in soft shades of blue, the room, with its large, very comfortable bed, is very bright and radiates peace and serenity.

One of my favourite areas is the relaxation corner, with the armchairs, the desk and the possibility of having a cup of tea or herbal tea at any time, perhaps accompanied by some dark chocolate or vegan gianduiotto and a good book.

The room is very quiet and from the small terrace you have a beautiful view that reaches the hills of Turin with Superga and the Alps.

Breakfast, 100% Vegan and Organic

The best moment of your stay at the vegan b&b Un Buon Inizio in Turin is undoubtedly breakfast. Monica has chosen to reveal her intentions in the very name of her b&b, offering a really tasty, varied and interesting proposal to start the day in
the best possible way.

Breakfast is varied and plentiful, always 100% vegan, mostly organic and gluten free on request.

Yoghurt, fruit juices, marmalades, rusks, fruit, vegan krumiri, corn flakes and cereals, all kinds of vegetable milks, and then Monica’s delicious homemade cakes, from muffins to saccottini, from plumcakes to porridge, accompanied by a delicious cappuccino. This rich and tasty breakfast is included in the B&B price.

As well as an excellent breakfast, guests can enjoy wifi, a selection of interesting books in the room, a kettle with tea and herbal teas, air conditioning, a hairdryer and a mini fridge.

A few minutes from the centre, with free parking

Another strong point of this vegan B&B in Turin is its location. Un Buon Inizio is located in Corso Traiano, just outside the city centre, ab out 6 km from the Egyptian Museum, Piazza Castello and the Mole, in an area where street parking is free.

So no parking problems if you come to Turin by car. For those arriving by train, the Lingotto railway station is 1.8 km from the B&B and the Traiano tram stop is 200 metres away.

Un Buon Inizio is also just a few minutes from Palavela and Inalpi Arena (formerly Pala Alpitour), where concerts are often held, and 3 km from Lingotto Fiere, where important events such as the International Book Fair or the Festival of the East take place.

Turin is a truly beautiful city and has many places of interest.
